While I am a lighthearted and joyful person, I take my work with others very seriously. It is a sacred trust to share intimate thoughts, feelings, and fears. Together we’ll enable you to meet yourself, in some cases for the very first time. As you become familiar with how you think, the choices you’re unconsciously making, and the consequences that result, you’ll become empowered to make better, more informed choices. I don’t have the answers, you do, and I will guide you to yourself so you can find them. I also know there are no accidents: if we’re meant to work together, we will, and we’ll both benefit.

My criteria for working with you are simple.

Is happiness and peace of mind important to you?
Are you willing to question every aspect of your life?
Can you try new ideas and approaches and disrupt long-held patterns and beliefs?
Are you willing to be totally honest with yourself?

I do not have a cookie cutter approach or a step-by-step process. I start wherever you need the most support. I show up fully for our time together. I listen not only to what you say but also what you don’t say. I completely trust my intuition and know its guidance is the very best I have to offer you.
